Hráefni

  • 300 ml of water
  • 40 g of sugar
  • 80 g butter (without milk)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 220 g flour
  • 3 pieces. egg substitute
  • I l frying oil
  • 1 dl sugar
  • Star anise/cinnamon or bay leaf

Hér er hvernig þú gerir það

  1. Boil the water with 40 g of sugar, butter and salt. Add flour and turn down the heat.
  2. Mix it all together with a ladle until the dough has a smooth consistency.
  3. Let cool. Add the egg substitute and knead it into the dough.
  4. Fill the dough into a piping bag and refrigerate overnight.

PREPARATION:

  • Heat the oil to approx. 180 degrees in a fryer or saucepan.
  • Spray the dough into the oil in the desired length, cut off with scissors.
  • Turn the sausages so that they have an even surface and remove them when they are golden brown.
  • Let cool and roll in sugar.
  • Mix 1 dl of sugar with ground star anise, cinnamon or laurel.
  • Serve with warm chocolate sauce.
