Chop silver onion and jalapeño, squeeze 1/2 lime over, and stir.
Add the avocado to the desired consistency (stirred roughly or finely).
Chop and add coriander. Add lime to taste. Lots of lime if you ask us!
Drizzle with a little olive oil, especially if it's not avocado season, as avocados can be a little dry. The olive oil helps soften the avocado a little and binds the guacamole nicely.
Add salt and pepper to taste!
