STÓRAR TACOWRAPS SIMON KAFI

FOR 1 CRISPY MINI WRAP YOU NEED:

• 1 EL TACO TRUCK TORTILLA
• EL TACO TRUCK FRESCO SAUCE
• 40 g vegan sirloin fried in EL TACO TRUCK CLASSIC SPICE MIX
• 15-20 g EL TACO TRUCK QUESO FRESCO
• EL TACO TRUCK JALAPENO LIME MAYO
• EL TACO TRUCK TOSTADAS
• Tomato
• Corn
• Finely chopped onion
• Chopped salad
• Cilantro
• 1 CORN TORTILLA(cut if it is too big)
  

1. Start with a layer of Fresco sauce on the tortilla.
   ‍
2. Continue with the protein, the feta and the Jalapeño Lime Mayo.
   ‍
3. Then use a tostada as a lid. If it is too big, you can break it off a little so that it fits the size.
   ‍
4. On this we have tomato, lettuce, onion, corn and coriander.
   ‍
5. As a cover on this we have corn tortillas. If it is too big, you can cut a little off so that it fits the size.
   ‍
6. Then you fold the crispy wrap and heat both sides at medium heat (level 5-6 on the stove) until it has turned a nice brown colour.
   ‍
7. Optionally serve with Salted White Corn Chips.
